45 Minute Vinyasa Yoga Flow (Energise Series Pt 9 - 08 Nov '23) - Day 18 Challenge

This is a 45 minute vinyasa flow yoga practice. Part 9 of the Energise Series of classes. (sorry I say 'PART 8' in the intro - my bad) This particular practice is a feel good, fluid, flowing, ladder style flow where we build and add to the sequence. Warm and open your body progressively with heart openers, side bends, twists and gentle backbends. This class will clear away any congestion or sluggishness you may feel by allowing your energy to flow freely. If you like practicing with props, you may wish to have two blocks for your lunges but it's not essential. A blanket for comfort.
