45 Minute Expand & Energize Vinyasa Flow (Energize Series Part 15)
This is a 45 minute vinyasa flow yoga practice to expand & energize your whole body. Part 15 of the Energize Series of classes. Practices that focus on creating a sustainable energy boost through breath, mindfulness and postures that open your body. This practice explores spacious movements & postures that stimulate and energize. Begin in restorative fish pose, warm up through a series of shoulder and hip openers before flowing through a dancing, circular warrior flow. Postures include Dancers Pose, wild thing, upward bow & twists. A fluid, flowing practice that encourages you to animate, expand and energize your whole body with your breath. For practice, option (not essential) to have two blocks and a folded blanket for support and variations in some postures.
