45 Minute Vinyasa Yoga Flow (Energise Series Pt 11 - 31 Jan '24)

This is a 45 minute vinyasa flow yoga practice. Part 11 of the Energise Series of classes. Class opens with a sun piercing breath - Surya Bhedana. A practice to clear away lethargy then flows through a sequence of flowing movements that include twists, mild backbends and heart openers to help you feel energised, alert and feeling great. Practice lunges, warriors, 1/2 moon, standing splits and twists. If you like practicing with props, you may wish to have a block & a blanket for comfort.
