Cream puffs-easy creampuff tutorial

Here is an easy creampuff recipe! Depending on how big you pipe them. you get roughly 15-20 pieces! Ingredients; 190 grams water 120 grams flour Pinch of salt 3 grams castor sugar 80 grams butter 3 eggs Steps; boil water, butter and salt and sugar. Once simmering, switch off heat, add flour. Cook about 31 4 minutes. Once the mixture ( sweats) , gets oily, switch off heat. Beat in mixer. Once cooled, add eggs. Pipe using piping bag. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 170 celcius.depending on oven. Till golden brown: Once cool, fill with custard, nutella , anything! Goodluck!
