Making hearty and spicy vegetable stew - perfect for a cold and rainy day!

Vegetable stew is a quick and easy hearty meal to make and that the children just loved to eat by the bowl full growing up! Ingredients: 1 large onion, roughly sliced a few sprigs of fresh thyme 1 cup of Gradra beans (Borlotti Beans) 1/4 small cabbage, sliced roughly 1 cup frozen mixed veg 3 medium potatoes, quartered 3 carrots sliced into rounds 2 tbs margarine (video caption is incorrect) 4 cloves of garlic 1/2 tsp whole black pepper corns (adjust to taste) 2 green chillies (adjust to taste) 1 tsp rough salt 2 tsp vegetable stock 1 pkt curry vegetable soup as thickening agent Serve with buttered brown bread for the perfect nostalgia filled meal!
