Hi mamas, Welcome back to Yoga with Yana! Today I'll be guiding you through a 15 minute gentle prenatal yoga practice for round ligament pain. This class is a quick practice with a series of postures that will help you relieve tension and pain in the hips and lower back and help you alleviate round ligament pain. If at any point you feel the need to modify any posture, please go ahead and do so. If you need to take a break, please honor your body, give it the rest that it needs and return back to the practice whenever you're ready.
