Ingredients for the Dough: 🔺 120 g sour cream 🔺 1 pinch of salt 🔺 1 tsp vanilla sugar 🔺 2 egg yolks 🔺 130 g soft butter 🔺 80 g powdered sugar 🔺 280 g flour 🔺 1 tsp baking powder Ingredients for the Filling: 🔺 120 g walnuts 🔺 2 egg whites 🔺 1 pinch of salt 🔺 130 g sugar 🔺 1 tsp vanilla sugar 🔺 lemon zest 🔺 30 g raisins Additionally: 🔺 powdered sugar for dusting For the entire amount of dough, a mold with a diameter of 24–26 cm is suitable. In the video, half of the dough was used in a mold with an 18 cm diameter. Preparation: Mix the sour cream with salt, vanilla sugar, and egg yolks. Beat the soft butter with powdered sugar for 3–4 minutes until light and fluffy. Then add the sour cream and egg yolk mixture. Combine the flour with the baking powder and gradually incorporate it until a soft dough forms. Chill the dough for 1–2 hours. Toast the walnuts, let them cool, and chop them. Whip the egg whites until slightly frothy, add salt, then gradually sprinkle in the sugar. Add the vanilla sugar and beat for about 10 minutes until stiff peaks form. Gently fold in the walnuts, lemon zest, and raisins. Divide the dough into 3 parts. Roll out one part, cut it to fit the mold, and pre-bake at 180 °C for about 10 minutes. Place the second part of the dough in the mold, spread half of the filling on top, place the pre-baked base on it, spread the remaining filling, and cover with the third part of the dough. Score a pattern with a knife and bake at 180 °C for about 35–40 minutes. Let the cake cool completely in the mold and dust with powdered sugar.
