Struffoli per Natale! La mia ricetta classica, adattata a "Il Pastaio"

I used the bronze die to make potato gnocchi, and what can I say? Everything was perfect! Sure, they're larger than traditional struffoli, but since they're still hollow, they cook evenly without any problems. Try them and believe it. Oh, and one more detail: I cooked them in the Cecotec air fryer (   • TurboCecoFry 4D - Friggitrice ad aria di u...  ), so at least I didn't fry them! :-) If you don't have a fryer (or don't have a die), no problem! Follow the other video for excellent results anyway!
