After showing how Calabrian 'nduja is made, Mrs. Laura Costa and chef Nino Rossi got into the kitchen. Laura prepares the classic recipe of pasta with 'nduja, starting from the production of macaroni al ferretto ("fileja") up to the cooking of the very spicy sauce. Nino Rossi presents a pasta from the Qafiz menu, where the same traditional ingredients acquire new shapes and textures, to surprise the palate without betraying the ancient Calabrian recipe.
