Today I'm bringing you a Pilates class with a resistance band focused on working your glutes and abs in a controlled and effective way. It's a complete at-home routine where we activate your core, strengthen your legs and glutes, and improve stability without needing any complicated equipment. You can do it with a circular resistance band or, if you have a long band, simply tie a knot to adjust it.
