Knead the flour, skyr, baking powder, and salt into a smooth dough (add a little water or milk if necessary). 2. Mix the spinach, feta, garlic, mint, and cream cheese in a bowl. 3. Divide the dough into four portions and flatten each portion. 4. Divide the spinach filling among the four portions of dough and shape them into small parcels. 5. Fry in a pan on each side until golden brown and cooked through. This recipe makes approximately 4 servings.
