All together, this meal contains around 74 grams of protein and 1014 calories—all for just €2.64! ...] Ingredients: For the protein patties: 60g rolled oats 60g coarse rolled oats 125g low-fat quark 1 egg 1 level teaspoon of salt 40g light grated cheese Bunch of parsley or frozen 1 tablespoon rapeseed oil for frying/oil spray 1 onion For the dip: 200g low-fat quark Chopped parsley Chopped chives 1 clove of garlic (approx. 5g) Salt/pepper/spices of your choice Preparation: 1. Peel and dice the onion. 2. Wash and finely chop the parsley. 3. Mix both types of oats, low-fat quark, egg, salt, light grated cheese, chopped parsley, and the diced onion in a bowl. 4.
