One of my absolute favorite things at the Christmas market is langos – and I mean really garlicky! Just thinking about that deep-fried flatbread makes my mouth water. That's why, to save money, I've decided to make langos myself. For less than €5, we can whip up six langos with this recipe, and they're especially high in protein! The low-fat quark and lentil flour make the dough not only incredibly moist but also exceptionally high in fiber and protein. *Instructions* 1. Knead all the dough ingredients together by hand in a bowl. 2. Divide the dough into 6 portions, flatten them by hand, and shape them into langos. 3. Bake the dough in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C (350°F). 4. Meanwhile, combine the quark and yogurt in a bowl. 5. Season the yogurt. 6.
