Mix well to eliminate any lumps. Add the lemon juice and grated zest. Place over heat and stir constantly until the cream thickens. Transfer to a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and let cool. ๐ฅฃ Prepare the dough In a bowl, combine the flour, sugar, lemon zest, and baking powder.
