Chicken Bread Pocket Recipe| Easy Chicken Snacks | Crispy Chicken Bread Pockets #chickenbreadpockets #rasoidiaries_91 #easychickenrecipe 🛒 Ingredients Needed For the Bread Pockets: White bread slices Eggs 1–2, beaten (for egg wash) Breadcrumbs: 1.5 cups Oil For deep frying For the Creamy Chicken Filling: Boneless chicken Onion finely chopped Capsicum / Bell pepper finely chopped lettuce Chopped Ginger-garlic paste red chili powder turmeric Garam Masala coriander Powder zeera powder Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder and salt to taste Sauces: tomato ketchup mayonnaise Oil 👩‍🍳 Step-by-Step Instructions 1. Cook the Chicken Filling: Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste until the onions soften and turn translucent. Add spices:Stir in the chili powder, turmeric,Coriander Powder, Zeera Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Kashmiri lal Mirch Powder and salt.add and mix chicken to the pan. Cook untill chicken is tender, Add capsicum and cook till water is dry Turn off the heat and let it cool stir in the tomato ketchup and mayonnaise until everything is thoroughly coated in a creamy sauce. 2. Create the Bread ShellsTrim and stack: Trim off the brown crusts from all the bread slices. Stack two slices directly on top of each other.Roll and cut: Use a rolling pin to flatten the stacked slices firmly together so they seal as one flat layer. Use a round cookie cutter, bowl, or sharp lid (approx. 3 inches wide) to cut out a clean circle. Repeat for the remaining pairs.Coat for crunch: Dip each round bread circle into the beaten egg, then coat it completely in the breadcrumbs. 3. Fry and AssembleFry until puffy: Heat your oil on medium flame. Slide the bread circles in and deep fry them. They will puff up significantly in the middle. Fry until they are evenly golden brown and crispy on both sides, then drain on paper towels. Cut and stuff: Let them cool for a couple of minutes. Use a sharp knife to slice each puffed circle precisely in half. You will be left with two hollow, half-moon pockets. Serve: Gently open each pocket, add a small piece of lettuce or fresh tomato if desired, and pack it generously with the prepared chicken filling.Garnish it with Cheese Serve with Sauce.
