This video is 24 minute Classic Cross Country Skiing Dryland Routine Follow along with this 24-minute dryland classic skiing workout designed to improve your timing, movement, balance, rhythm, and fitness off the skis. This session uses ski poles and a sequence of continuous drills to help you build better coordination for key classic skiing techniques and isolated movements within it, like pole release. You’ll work through drills for stamping and poling timing, hopping, cornering, balance, tuck position, fast feet. The session is physical, accessible, and designed for off-season training when you want to keep improving without snow or rollerskis. Use this as a follow-along workout, or come back to individual sections when you want to focus on a specific movement pattern. Put tape over your pole tips if training indoors, make sure you have enough space, and take breaks when needed. Comment below with any questions or drills you struggled with.
