This video is 24 minute Skate Cross Country Skiing Dryland Routine Follow along with this 24-minute dryland skate skiing workout designed to improve your timing, movement, balance, and fitness off the skis. This session uses ski poles and a sequence of continuous drills to help you build better coordination for key skate skiing movements, including V1 / Skate 1 / Offset, V2 / Skate 2 / One Skate, and V2 Alternate / Skate 3 / Two Skate. You’ll work through drills for stamping and poling timing, hopping, cornering, balance, tuck position, fast feet, and free skate movement patterns. The session is physical, accessible, and designed for off-season training when you want to keep improving without snow or rollerskis. Use this as a follow-along workout, or come back to individual sections when you want to focus on a specific movement pattern. You’ll work on: Timing Balance Movement quality Fitness Pole coordination Skate skiing rhythm Put tape over your pole tips if training indoors, make sure you have enough space, and take breaks when needed.
