60-min Hips Exploration Extravanganza Slow Flow Yoga
This 60-min Slow Flow Yoga session is likely one of our most "hippy" sessions yet; with an extended grounded (hands elevated) series that moves hips all over; a brief standing sequence to release the hips and spine, and some deep lingering stretches during a longer close--setting us up for more mobile and open hips, which means happier lower backs and less stress physically and emotionally.
