Don’t fry fish before you’ve seen this Turkish recipe! Just one secret—and the fish melts in your mouth! Your family will love it! 400 g cod fillet. Pat dry with kitchen paper. Cut the fillet into 3 pieces. Salt. Black pepper. Season both sides. Lemon juice. Rub the fish with the spices. Place on a plate and let marinate for 15 minutes. Fish batter: 80 g wheat flour. 1/2 tsp paprika powder. Salt. Black pepper. 1 tsp baking powder. Mix the dry ingredients. 110 ml water. Stir well. 1 tbsp olive oil. Mix in. 4 tbsp yogurt. 1 tsp mustard. 1 tsp lemon juice. Stir together. Grate pickles finely. Stir in. Chop dill finely. Add and stir. 1 onion. Dice. Put on a plate. 1 bell pepper. Chop finely, as shown in the video. Put on a plate. 1 zucchini. Dice. Olive oil for frying. Add onions. Fry for 2–3 minutes. Add bell pepper. Fry for 3–4 minutes. Add zucchini. Fry for 4–5 minutes. 4 garlic cloves. Finely chop. Add garlic. Stir. Fry for 2 minutes. Salt. Black pepper. 1 tbsp soy sauce. Stir well. A bunch of parsley. Finely chop. Add. Stir. The vegetables are ready! Now fry the fish. 2 tbsp wheat flour. Coat the fish fillets in flour. Prepare olive oil for frying. Heat oil in a pan. Dip the fish pieces in the batter. Place in the pan. Fry for 3–4 minutes. Flip and fry for another 3–4 minutes. The fish is done! Serve with sauce and a side dish.
