This class is centred around the topic of ‘change of perspective’. We are working on shifting from looking outwards to looking inwards – instead of living by the expectations of others (and our own), we want to discover what matters most in your life and let this guide you on becoming your most authentic self. The class is a blend of Yin&Yang. The first part being the Yang – the more active and dynamic sequence. The second part being the Yin – where we are holding passive postures for an extended period of time. The asana focus is on forward folds and inversions. See you on the mat my yoga friends.
