The practice includes some intermediate level postures. It can still be practised if you are a beginner, just stay with the ‘easier’ variation and make adjustments according to your body´s needs. Overall, the practice is not fast, we are focusing on maintaining the connection with your deep steady breath (Ujjayi), holding postures for 5 breath and also taking breaks in between repetitions of postures.
