This 60 minute HIIT with weights includes a 30 minute full body workout followed by a 30 minute cardio. ๐Ÿฅต The first half is a HIIT circuit with weights (mine are 10 pounds) designed to work all major muscle groups with some cardio mixed in. The second half is a no equipment cardio with a mix of low and high impact exercises.
