Walnut Sauce Recipe Serves 2-3 * Raw walnuts: 60g [Sauce] * Soba noodle soup base: 180ml * Sugar: 1/2 tablespoon * White sesame paste: 1 tablespoon * Shinshu miso: 1/2 tablespoon Roast the raw walnuts in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Put the roasted walnuts into a blender. Add all the sauce ingredients and blend until a paste forms. Serve in a bowl and top with chopped walnuts.
