Ingredients: 2 eggs 100g (1/2 cup) sugar 16g (1 tbsp) vanilla sugar 120g (1/2 cup) warm milk 120g (1/2 cup) vegetable oil 240g (1 1/2 cups) flour 16g (1 tbsp) baking powder 30g (2 tbsp) sugar 20g (2 tbsp) cornstarch 1 egg 250ml (1 cup) milk 8g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Cover with cling film and let cool. Line a 24cm (9.5-inch) baking pan with parchment paper. 100g cherries Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ (356℉) for about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
