Ideally a lighter set, a medium set and a heavier set. But just work with what you have got What we will be doing is giving 10 mins concentrated work to each muscle group in the upper body before moving onto the next. Each muscle group will have 10 exercises each with no repeats so the workout will feel like it flies by This is the order of the muscle groups we will be hitting 0:00 Chest 10:07 Back 20:20 Shoulders 30:33 Biceps 40:38 Triceps 50:50 Abs You can make this as tough as you wish by simply upping or lowering the weight.
