Done! Carrot Salad (Carottes Râpées)🥕 Ingredients: Carrots, Whole grain mustard, Mayonnaise, Coarse salt 💡Julienne the carrots finely using a peeler or mandoline, then sprinkle coarse salt and let them sit for about 30 minutes. 💡After 30 minutes, when some moisture has formed, rinse them under running water and squeeze out the water. 💡Add whole grain mustard and mayonnaise to your preference and mix. Done! (I added so much mayonnaise that I even thought, "Am I really putting this much in?") Spicy Tteokbokki🌶️ Ingredients: Rice cakes (Tteok), Fish cakes (Eomuk), Sausages, Cabbage, Green onions, Minced garlic, Chili powder, Sugar, Soy sauce, Oyster sauce, Gochujang (Korean chili paste), Cooking oil, Black pepper, Cheese 💡Make the sauce by mixing 3 parts chili powder, 3 parts sugar, 2 parts soy sauce, 2 parts oyster sauce, 1 part gochujang, 1 part cooking oil, and black pepper. 💡In a pot, without oil, stir-fry the green onions and fish cakes first. 💡While they are cooking, prepare the cabbage by slicing it into bite-sized pieces and mincing the garlic. 💡Add 500ml of water and once it boils vigorously, add the rice cakes, fish cakes, sausages, and the prepared sauce mixture. 💡Once the sauce has soaked in well, add the cabbage and garlic and cook for just a little longer. 💡Turn off the heat and add the cheese. Kitty Madeleines🐱 Ingredients: Cake flour, Almond flour, Couverture chocolate (milk, white), Chocolate pen (desired color), Eggs, Vanilla extract, Milk, Cocoa powder, Unsalted butter, Baking powder, Sugar, Kitty madeleine mold 💡Sift together 100g cake flour, 20g almond flour, and 3g baking powder and set aside. (For the chocolate version: add an extra 15g of cocoa powder) 💡In a bowl, add 2 eggs (approx. 105g), 105g sugar, 10g honey, and 20g milk, and mix with a whisk. 💡Add all the sifted powders and mix, being careful not to overmix the batter. 💡Melt 120g unsalted butter in the microwave (check every 30 seconds) and as soon as it's melted, remove it and add it little by little to the batter, mixing as you go. 💡Transfer the batter to a piping bag, prepare a buttered mold, and pipe in 35g of batter per cavity. 💡Preheat the oven to 190°C (374°F) for 5 minutes, then bake at 190°C for 13 minutes (adjust the time slightly depending on your oven specifications). 💡As soon as they are baked, take them out onto a cooling rack. Done!
