Con-Court leaves South Africans stunned as it orders Janusz Walus release
This past week, the Constitutional Court left some South Africans stunned as it ordered that the Department of Correctional Services grant parole to Janusz Walus. Walus killed Hani in 1993 and was initially sentenced to death before the new constitution commuted the sentence to life behind bars. The fallout since the court’s decision has been immense.
