Kondre Recipe (Cameroonian Cuisine)

Ingredients Unripe plantations Meat of your choice (goat meat, porc or cow meat) Spices Njansang Pepem Country onion Onion Tomatoes Celery Persely White pepper Leeks Rice spices Quatre côté feuilles d'ojom Feuilles de basilic Thyme How to cook Pill and chop plantains to desired sizes Steam meat and some seasoning , onion, thyme ginger and garlic. Keep this aside, i like to fry my meat a little, just my preference. Pour in a good quantity of oil in a pot and allow to heat up, next fry some onion, add water then add plantains and your feuilles d'ojom, water should be slightly above the plantains allow to cook for a long while, your plantains has to really get ready. Blend your spices and poor into the pot add the meat and some seasoning. Allow to cook again for about 30 minutes add more oil if need be. Kondre really stays on the fire, some people even cook it and leave it overnight ok the fire. This typical Bami people that's how they do when they have their occasions. They cook plantains until oil gets right inside
