Kondrè is a dish native to the West region of Cameroon. It's a delicious stew made with unripe plantains, tomatoes, onions, spices, and, above all, plenty of meat like pork, goat, or beef. Ingredients: ✅Green plantains (unripe) ✅Pork shank, 1 onion ✅Condiments 👇 1 semi-ripe tomato 4 garlic cloves 1 celery stalk 1 leek tip 5 basil leaves 1 green onion/chives 1 ginger tip 0.5 L palm oil coriander (optional) chili pepper cube salt refined oil ✅Spices (1 tsp herbes de Provence, thyme, white pepper, black pepper, djansan, pebe, 4 sides, green anise, clove, slice, bouquet garni of bay leaf and thyme, odjom leaf or ginger) 5 berry mix (optional).
