Gothic Remake: Xardas' Trial

Xardas Demon sent me to collect the hearts of the golems, and honestly, the area where they are scattered is absolutely beautiful. Considering that the golems represent different elements, their locations fit them perfectly. The Ice Golem was high in the mountains, the Fire Golem was hidden deep inside the mountain itself, almost like a volcano, and the Stone Golem was waiting in a picturesque half-flooded canyon. And all of these locations are connected through a surprisingly complex, multi-layered landscape: caves, waterfalls, lakes, ravines, mountain passes and trails, bridges... It's really cool. I genuinely enjoyed exploring these areas. The golems themselves, however, were a different story. Well, at least the Ice and Fire Golems were fine. I understood their weaknesses, so they died fairly quickly. The Stone Golem, on the other hand... I know its weakness is blunt damage. The problem is that I simply don't have any. And I have absolutely no realistic way of getting any. So my only option was to find a place where the golem couldn't reach me and slowly chip away at it with Firebolts. Very slowly. Very, very slowly. And at the cost of an absurd amount of mana potions. Still, I eventually obtained its heart and finally entered Xardas' tower. As expected, Xardas is a bit of a snob. Though I suppose he has earned that right, considering he's a ridiculously powerful mage. For now, however, he doesn't seem interested in teaching me anything beyond the Orc language and explaining what exactly I'm supposed to do with my life. Well then. Time to go fulfill yet another eccentric wizard's wishes.
