20-Min Hip Flexor Mobility Routine | Fix Tight Hip Flexors & Improve Hip Extension
Build stronger, more mobile hip flexors with this 20-minute guided class. This class combines strength, mobility and yoga-inspired movement to help improve hip extension, hip flexor strength and control through a comfortable range of motion. We’ll begin with a gentle warm-up focused on hip extension to prepare the hips and improve movement before progressing into strength and mobility exercises. From there, we’ll work through dynamic lunges, Warrior I variations, controlled hip flexor strengthening, reverse Nordic curls and targeted mobility drills designed to build strength while improving flexibility. We’ll finish with longer-held stretches, including a couch stretch, gentle quadriceps release and a relaxing Savasana to leave your hips feeling stronger, longer and more open. Whether your goal is to improve flexibility, front splits, yoga, running or simply reduce feelings of tight hips from prolonged sitting, this class is designed to help you build strength and mobility together.
