Recipe: 🍰 The Ultimate High Protein Cheesecake 😍 Why do we love this cheesecake? ✅ Creamiest texture ✅ High protein & no added sugar ✅ Quick to make & maximum flavor 🍴 Nutritional values ​​per piece (based on 10 pieces): 165 kcal | 🧈 3 g fat | 🌾 15 g carbohydrates | 💪 20 g protein 🛒 Ingredients (for an 18 cm springform pan, 10 pieces): Base: 85 g spelt flour 45 g Baking Protein Cream 20 g erythritol 1 scoop of Tasty Cream, Butterkeks, or vanilla 20 g low-fat quark 25 g butter (optional) 1 egg 1 tsp baking powder 1 pinch of salt Cream: 470 g low-fat quark 400 g Exquisa Fitline 0.2% 40 g Baking Protein Cream 60 ml almond milk 3 eggs 1 packet of vanilla pudding mix 10 g Tasty Cream or Cheesecake 1 squeeze of lemon juice (optional) 1 pinch of fresh vanilla (optional) 👩‍🍳 Preparation: 1️⃣ Preheat oven: Set the oven to 160°C fan/convection oven. 2. Prepare the base: Combine all the base ingredients. The dough will be slightly sticky – dust with flour, roll out, and line an 18cm springform pan. Pull the dough up at the edges to form a rim. 3. Mix the cream: Combine all the cream ingredients well until smooth. 4. Assemble the cheesecake: Spread the cream onto the prepared base and spread evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (convection oven) for about 45 minutes. Tip: Cover with aluminum foil or parchment paper after 30 minutes to prevent it from browning. 5. Let it cool: Let the cake cool completely in the pan – it will only set after cooling. It's best to refrigerate overnight.
