Recipe: 🛒 Ingredients for 3 servings: The best part: ✅ Prepares 4 servings in 10 minutes ✅ High in protein, creamy & filling - 29 g protein per serving ✅ Can be used with or without protein powder Oat layer: 100 g finely ground oats 250 g almond milk with no added sugar 45 ml water 25 ml espresso or +25 g milk + 1 tsp cocoa Sweetener of your choice Cream layer: 500 g skyr 200 g Greek-style yogurt (2%) 80 ml water Pinch of ground vanilla 45 g Tasty Whey Vanilla Optional: 2-3 tsp cocoa for dusting 🥣 Preparation (traditional): 1. Mix the oat ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil for about 3-4 minutes, and let it thicken. 2. Divide between 3 glasses or molds. 3. Mix all ingredients for the cream and season to taste. 4️⃣ Pour onto the oat base and dust with cocoa. 5️⃣ Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours – preferably overnight. ✨ Tip: For a vegan version: use plant-based yogurt, skyr, or a drink.
