15 minutos de yoga para activar tu cuerpo por la mañana

Free Masterclass: Physical Training Applied to Yoga. Enhance and Complement Your Practice with Vyayama. This July 4th, we will be holding a free masterclass where you will learn how to complement and enhance your yoga practice through physical training. We will discuss strength, mobility, endurance, and body control, and how to develop these abilities in a way that truly contributes to your asana practice, without losing the essence of yoga. 👉 Join our WhatsApp community to receive the access link and all the information about the masterclass: Click here 🔗 https://chat.whatsapp.com/EOmQu01Li3y... In the community, we will share the schedule, the connection link, and the materials related to the class. See you there! ... In this 15-minute yoga practice, I will guide you to progressively awaken your body through breath, mobility, strength, and mindful awareness. This sequence is designed for those days when you wake up feeling stiff, heavy, or simply need a moment to transition from "just woke up" to "I'm here." Throughout the practice, we'll explore dynamic movements, strength postures, back work, balance, and breathing exercises traditionally used in yoga to promote body activation and mindfulness. We're not aiming for exhaustion or an excessively long practice. In just 15 minutes, the intention is to help you start your day with more presence, energy, and connection to your body. Some of the breathing techniques used in this session have preliminary research suggesting effects on physiological activation and mindfulness, although the evidence is still developing and does not replace individual medical advice.
