Llegamos al día 12 de nuestro reto de yoga "Volver a ti"! 🧘‍♀️✨ Hoy es uno de esos días clave. ¿Te ha pasado que te levantas entre motivada y sin ganas, sintiendo cierto bloqueo? A mí también me ha pasado hoy, y por eso he preparado una práctica perfecta para estos momentos. ​Cuando la mente se bloquea, el cuerpo busca el centro. Hoy nos enfocamos en una secuencia de equilibrios de yoga diseñados para obligarte a estar 100% presente. Pasaremos de posturas sencillas a algunas un poco más potentes para despertar tu fuerza interior, ¡todo en menos de 15 minutos! ​Perfecto para ganarle a la apatía, enraizar y recordar que el equilibrio no es ser perfectas, sino saber recuperarse cuando nos tambaleamos. ​✨ DIME EN LOS COMENTARIOS: ¿Cómo llevas el reto?
