In this video I offer you simple exercises to regain flexibility in your toes. You will need a yoga brick or alternatively a book. Find a quiet place where no one can disturb you and give yourself a precious moment for you to find your balance, regenerate yourself, relax and let yourself go completely I recommend comfortable clothing, a mat, a plaid, a belt (the belt of a bathrobe is also fine) and a yoga brick Good practice!!! 🧘🏽 ♂️🧘 ♀️ Welcome!
