Leftover Tempura Somen | Japanese Cold Noodles & Peaceful Daily Life with my Pets in Osaka

Hello everyone. I’m a Japanese mom living in Osaka with my two teenage sons, a rabbit, and a parakeet. On this channel, I share simple and cozy daily life in Japan — real moments from an ordinary Japanese home. This morning started with a kitchen cleaning routine because I went to bed without tidying up last night. I washed the dishes and pots, sorted the trash, and had a quick breakfast while doing a light kitchen cleanup. Our parakeet Minie-chan came asking for leafy greens, so I gave lettuce to both Minie-chan and our rabbit Choco-chin. Spending quiet time with pets always brings a peaceful start to the day. For lunch, I made tempura somen using leftover tempura from last night’s dinner. Somen is a chilled Japanese noodle dish often enjoyed during the summer in Japan. In the afternoon, I cleaned the pets’ cages and toilets and enjoyed a slow, cozy moment at home.
