Disgusting 1950s HO Streetcar Trolly Train - Will It Run Again?
I was browsing eBay and this 1950s era streetcar from bowser caught my eye because of it's run down condition. Not too many people showed up to the auction so I outbid everyone and got it. I suspect this trolly hasn't run in many decades, the drive was completely seized and the motor had countless issues too. Just getting them turning manually was a challenge. I thought this thing deserved a new coat of paint so I ended up choosing a paint scheme they once used in Toronto. Hopefully this thing can ride the rails for many more years now.
