This Pac-Man Arcade Was Broken From New

A viewer sent this My Arcade Pac-Man mini arcade thing in to my PO Box after it had apparently been faulty from new. Seemingly none of the controls worked - no joystick, no buttons, nothing. So in this video I open it up, have a poke around, and see if I can work out why this tiny Pac-Man machine was dead on arrival. Hope you enjoy! Steve PS. I'm not an expert in repairs at all.
