体幹はあるはずなのに、足首にブロックを挟んだ瞬間すべてが崩壊…！😱 そして最後は謎のシャチホコ姿でポールから落下しました😂 スピニングポールレッスンの日。 ブロックを挟んだ体幹トレーニング、回転ハンドスタンド、そして新しいトリックに挑戦！ 太ももでは安定したのに、足首では遠心力に負けてグラグラ。 前回りハンドスタンドは得意だけど、後ろ回りはまだちょっと怖い…。 そして最後のトリックは、落下・縦開脚・シャチホコ化を経て見事に敗北しました🤣 A spinning pole training session full of challenges! Core training with a block, spinning handstands, and a brand-new trick. Stable with the block at my thighs, but once it moved to my ankles, centrifugal force had other plans.
