振り子トリックから片手ホールドまで！ Pendulum Tricks to One-Hand Holds!

振り子みたいに揺れるトリックに挑戦！ 「力を抜いて」と言われても全身ガチガチです（笑） 足裏トリックでは何度も滑りそうになりながら、 少しずつ理想の軌道に近づいていきます。 今回は ART クラスで学んだ 3つのトリック＆コンビネーションの練習記録です。 ① Pendulum Flow ② Foot Push Trick ③ One-Hand Hold The struggle continues! In this ART class, I practiced three different tricks and combinations: a pendulum flow, a foot-push trick, and a one-hand hold. After plenty of corrections, I finally started finding the right movement path. Still working on relaxing while hanging on with one hand!
