デッドリフトへの道 Vol.2｜動きが軽くなった日 | Road to Deadlift #2: Everything Clicked

デッドリフトへの道に、ついに小さな光が見えてきました。 先生の言葉が「理解」から「体感」に変わり始めた日です。 今回は床のハンドスタンドを卒業して、空中でのデッドリフト練習へ挑戦！ まずはポールを蹴るバージョン。振り足を最後まで伸ばしたままにすることがポイントですが、これが意外と難しい…。何度も膝が曲がってしまいました。 でも前回学んだ「上の手を引いて腹圧を入れる」と、今回の「振り足を伸ばし続ける」が繋がったことで、力を逃がさず動ける感覚が少しずつわかってきました。 さらに先生のサポート付きで、ポールを蹴らず両足を振るバージョンも初体験。 まだ道の途中ですが、デッドリフトへの兆しが見え始めています。 Also in this session: 1 acro flow without assistance Contact flip practice (2 floor attempts + 1 aerial attempt) This time, the focus was keeping the swinging leg straight throughout the movement. It sounds simple, but it made a huge difference. Combined with the core engagement I learned last session, I finally started to understand how to keep power from leaking out of the movement. For the first time, my coach's advice is beginning to make sense in my body, not just in my head.
