スピニングポールは待つ勇気｜Trust the Spin別案

回転に逆らうほど、うまくいかない。 頑張るより「待つ」が難しい日でした。 今回はスピニングポールで、膝を伸ばした逆上がりと回転を利用した膝掛けの練習。そしてベッドからテーブルトップへつなぐ長いフローにも挑戦。最後はマットに突っ伏して終了です😅 The harder I tried to force the movement, the harder it became. This class was all about trusting the spin and letting the body follow its natural path. We worked on straight-leg inversions, spin-assisted knee hooks, and a challenging flow into Tabletop.
