DAY 88 No muscle works alone! But today we will focus on Tricep, bringing its opposite in: the bicep, and adding the supporting cast: The Core! EXERCISE LIST Butt on heels (or towel near heels) - bent over tricep kickbacks ~30x Bicep Pop-ups in the same position ---- 1 long set of each Diamond Pushups Tabletop tiny flys (on your back, pulse with the arms) Crunch with both weights in 1 hand, straight legs, straight arm --- Intermission - tabletop alternating reverse fly (because your arms attach to your shoulder blades) --------Repeat the three above Kickstand position (see minute 17:15) with 1-arm side shoulder raise Swap into a tabletop with a hammer straight arm extension --- Intermission: Floor dips lesson --------Do the other side. #triceps #tricepsworkout #pilates #matwork
