As esperanças e dívidas na última noite da Rodoviária de Salvador
On the last day of operation of Salvador's old bus station, shopkeepers live between hope, debt, and uncertainty about the future—whether in the new terminal in the Águas Claras neighborhood or elsewhere. While closing the last cash registers, some plan their new shops; others find themselves facing the need to restart their professional lives after the age of 70. We spent the day at the old terminal to reveal a little-known side of the transfer and show how the change is already having an impact both in the vicinity of the old bus station and at the new address.
