CANTUCCI... Ottimi da gustare e belli da regalare!

CANTUCCI Ingredients: 500 gr. 00 flour; 250 g granulated sugar; 80 g melted butter; 1 packet baking powder; 100 g lightly toasted almonds; 3 eggs. Preparation: In a bowl, combine the flour, butter, eggs, sugar, and baking powder. Pour the mixture onto a work surface, compact it well, and add the almonds, continuing to mix until they are incorporated. Divide into three parts and create three roughly equal rolls. Transfer them to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 170°C (340°F), static, on the top rack, for 20-30 minutes. Without turning off the oven, remove them and, while they are hot, cut them diagonally with a smooth-bladed knife. Return them to the pan and bake again at 150°C (300°F), on the top rack, for 10-20 minutes. They are excellent with Vin Santo or a simple white wine. Have a good day everyone, TizianaManiInPasta :*
