V27 : Polynôme minimal d'une matrice A (Dr. HADDI)

In the second year, we define the minimal polynomial of a matrix as the lowest-degree monic polynomial that annihilates the matrix. A fundamental example illustrating this minimality of the minimal polynomial is the nilpotent Jordan matrix. We also introduce the erasure method for calculating the power of a matrix. There are 40 videos by Professor Haddi (see playlists) that represent the complete course on matrix reduction.
