This session includes a short warm-up, a challenging dumbbell workout, and a cool-down to help you feel strong, energized, and balanced — all with no jumping, so it’s apartment-friendly and easy on your joints. Workout Structure: • Warm-up: 4 exercises × 30 sec (no rest) • Main workout: 45 sec work / 15 sec rest (no repeated exercises) • Cool-down: 2 exercises × 30 sec (no rest) I’m using two 5 kg (about 11 lb) dumbbells, but feel free to choose a weight that works best for your fitness level.
