This 30-minute low-impact dumbbell workout will train your entire body without any jumping and without repeating exercises! Perfect for home training if you want to stay strong, toned, and challenged without stressing your joints. Workout structure: • Warm-up: 5 exercises — 30 sec work / 10 sec rest • Main workout: 45 sec work / 15 sec rest (no repeats!) • Cool-down: 5 exercises — 30 sec work / 10 sec rest In this workout, exercises are grouped 3 per muscle group. You can use lighter weights than usual and follow along with me, or pause the video to take longer rests if needed. For lower body, feel free to use heavier dumbbells, and for upper body, go lighter if that feels better.
