Welcome to your 30-Minute Toned Body Workout! Today, we are hitting the entire body with a No-Repeat, Low-Impact dumbbell routine designed to sculpt, strengthen, and tone without any jumping or joint stress. WORKOUT STRUCTURE: Warm-Up: 5 exercises | 30 seconds each (No rest) Main Workout: 45 seconds work | 15 seconds rest (No Repeat!) Cool-Down: 5 exercises | 45 seconds each (No rest) EQUIPMENT NEEDED: For this workout, I am using two pairs of dumbbells to challenge different muscle groups: Heavy Dumbbells: 2 x 17.5 lbs / 8 kg (for lower body movements) Light Dumbbells: 2 x 6.5 lbs / 3 kg (for upper body movements) Note: Please choose a weight that matches your fitness level.
